Since its creation in 1998, productions have included major commissions for History Channel US, H2, National Geographic Channel, TLC, MSNBC, Discovery Channel US and also commissions closer to home for Channel 4, History UK, La Cinq, ZDFE, RTE, Channel 5 and S4C.

Stuart Clarke is a multi-award winning director and is the sole owner of Wild Dream Films. Since Wild Dreams Films’ creation he has been responsible for directing the majority of the output of the company. Focussing on high quality cinematography and powerful subject matters his brand of documentaries are well known internationally selling to over 50 countries worldwide. He has developed a number of world beating brands such as ‘Ancient Discoveries’ (HISTORY US). His first job in the industry was as Second unit Director on BBC One’s ‘Byker Grove’ – and at the time, at the age of 21 years old, he was the youngest drama director working for the BBC. Stuart has won a number of awards for his previous films and has been recognised as an accomplished director. Some of his award winning films include the story of 8 foot 3 inches tall Sultan Kosen, featured in ‘The World’s Tallest Man – Still Growing’ (TLC/CH4), the story of the 5,000 people residing in the New York subways featured in ‘Subway Cops and the Mole Kings’ (CH4) as well as short dramas such as ‘Truth or Dare’ (HBO/Theatrical short), the innovative ‘Death Masks’ (HISTORY US) was also nominated at the Banff TV Festival and the Emmys for its use of ground breaking computer graphics. Over the last few years Stuart has been Executive Producing some of Wild Dream Films’ high profile productions. Currently Stuart is looking for feature film scripts to satisfy a desire to make theatrical films.




Mike started his work in the television industry working for Dragonfly on the hit show The Hotel. Since coming on board Wild Dream Films in 2012, he has become a valuable member of the team. He has worked extensively on development, helping to get the 10-part series Ancient Impossible commissioned. During his time at Wild Dream Films Mike has been involved on production on a number of programs including Big Tiny, Alien Investigations/Alien MummiesAncient Impossible, Egyptian Vice and most recently, Ancient Top 10.
